According to the ACI’s Procedure Manual, this committee responsibilities is to receive initial commercial investment memorandum and investment risk assessment, reviews the investment deal; if the deal is interesting, the committee approves the investment deal and full due-diligence and valuation scope. If the deal is not interesting, the committee rejects the deal.

The main and functions of the audit committee include: monitoring of the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements, making of recommendations to the Board of Directors Company’s audited consolidated financial statements, making of recommendations to the Board of Directors in relation to the appointment of external auditors and other matters of particular importance, monitoring and review of the Company’s external auditors’ independence, objectivity and effectiveness, monitoring and review of the effectiveness of the Company’s internal audit department, internal controls and regulatory compliance systems and the facilitation of a communication among the Board of Directors and the Company’s external auditors to discuss important auditing matters.
